You Break Through

I had a really great experience at this dental office, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the entire team. Dr. Clement was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and, most importantly, I never felt rushed during my appointment. She took the time to educate me and explain things in detail, which I really appreciated. Sometimes as a patient, you can feel like you’re just another appointment or a number that needs to be checked off, but I never felt that way here. Dr. Clement made sure I understood what was going on and answered everything thoroughly. I really value that kind of patient education and care. My hygienist, Priscilla, was also amazing. She was very gentle and did a great job explaining things throughout my cleaning. One thing I especially appreciated was that she took her time and gave me breaks to rinse and suction out the saliva that was building up. That may seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference in comfort and being able to breathe comfortably during a cleaning. I’ve had experiences where hygienists seem to be rushing to finish, so I really appreciated Priscilla taking her time and making sure I was comfortable. The dental assistants, Lo and Reina, were both great as well. You can tell they know what they’re doing because they were able to anticipate what Dr. Clement needed without everything having to be explained to them. That made the whole appointment feel very smooth and well-coordinated. And Jaz at the front desk was also very personable and welcoming. Honestly, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Overall, I really appreciated the level of care, patience, and education I received from the entire team. It’s clear that they care about their patients and not just getting people in and out. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that takes the time to make you feel informed and comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. After having a terrible experience at another dental office where it felt like they were lowkey scamming me, coming here was a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so warm, nice, and welcoming. Priscilla at the front desk makes check-in super smooth and friendly. Reina, the dental assistant, made me feel comfortable right away, and Priscilla, the hygienist, did an incredible job with my cleaning. Most importantly, Dr. Jennifer and the whole team are 100% real, honest, and transparent. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly without pushing unnecessary procedures or surprise fees. It is so rare to find a dental office that combines great clinical care with genuine integrity. Highly recommend them!
